Moonraker is ideally central to Mudgee, Lithgow, Bathurst, Sofala, Hill End, and world famous Capertee Valley. The altitude is 1065m above sea-level. Snow falls here each winter, what an invitation to snuggle up in front of the log fire in your very own cottage. Meet our small herd of cattle and maybe pat the horses. No pets allowed, unless by prior consent, to protect the native wildlife. Divine sunsets are there to be enjoyed most evenings; on a clear day you can even see Mount Canobolas near Orange, what a spectacle! Visit our boutique cellar door for wine tasting and purchases also teas and coffees available. At certain times of the year you may even like to assist us in the vineyard. No phones and no internet connections so no disturbance. Each cottage caters for only one couple so your privacy is assured. We have no facilities for children. There are 3 cottages at Moonraker; James Craig, Mary Rose and The Stables.
